A MUCH BETTER plan is to ABOLISH THE GRADUATED INCOME TAX AND THE IRS and replace them with a simple FLAT TAX: “How much did you make? Send us 15% ( or whatever rate)”. No “exemptions”, NO “deductions”. You can file your tax on a 3×5 index card (remember those?).
